We have received reports that the "MSC ZOE ", a very large container vessel flying the Panamanian flag, has lost circa 270 containers overboard on the night of the 1st January 2019. Initial reports of only 30 containers appear to be a significant under-estimate. The Dutch Coastguard are undertaking a surveillance operation.

There will be significant losses arising from this incident. The MSC bills of lading are subject to English law and jurisdiction and therefore we are well placed to assist clients in pursuing recovery of their losses.

Our in-house master mariners are part of our service and their assistance, together with our extensive track record in marine matters (over 1,000 years of collective experience) are key resources in dealing with cases such as these.
