Lewis Roca Rothgerber Christie is committed to the health, safety and well-being of our clients, employees, business associates and colleagues related to the evolving circumstances surrounding the COVID-19 outbreak. Currently, all nine of the firm’s offices remain open for business as usual to serve our clients’ legal and business needs as well as following the practices recommended by federal, state and local authorities regarding the environment in our offices.

If the outbreak results in the need for the temporary closure of, or reduced staffing for, any of the firm’s offices, the firm has implemented contingency plans to enable uninterrupted service at levels clients expect from the firm’s attorneys and administrative staff. This includes the ability to work remotely in a manner that permits attorneys and staff to continue to be responsive to clients’ needs throughout any potential shutdowns or quarantines established to contain the outbreak, if such measures are required.

For any questions or concerns about how the firm is responding to this outbreak, how client matters will be handled during this time or how to address specific business legal concerns raised by the outbreak, please reach out to your relationship partner.
