If the outbreak results in the need for the temporary closure of, or reduced staffing for, any of the firm’s offices, the firm has implemented contingency plans to enable uninterrupted service at levels clients expect from the firm’s attorneys and administrative staff. This includes the ability to work remotely in a manner that permits attorneys and staff to continue to be responsive to clients’ needs throughout any potential shutdowns or quarantines established to contain the outbreak, if such measures are required.
