He specifically pointed to recent activity and subsequent resolutions in Boston and Miami that are beginning to level the playing field, noting that, "Airbnb has a national lobbying push going on...They have a ton of money, and they're very aggressive. These disputes and attempts to regulate are going to continue to play out."
