On September 25, the EDPB adopted an Opinion on the European Commission's proposed e-Evidence regulation of April 2018.
The Board determined that the proposed new rules providing for the
collection of electronic evidence should sufficiently safeguard the
data protection rights of data subjects and be more consistent with
EU data protection law.
