Stroudsburg School District Superintendent John Toleno's
contract will end on Aug. 19. This decision is the result of a
multitude of technical issues with Toleno's contract, said
Sultanik.
"We are of the position that this is completely convoluted.
I've been doing this for 36 years, and I have never seen
anything like this before," Sultanik said.
