Public accommodations must implement safety measures to protect their customers and employees from COVID-19 exposure. How will those measures impact service to guests with disabilities and a facility's compliance with ADA Title III requirements? This webinar (posted below) addresses many issues that can arise from COVID-19-related operational changes and how to minimize the risk of violating Title III of the ADA.
