FINRA Proposes To Extend Response Times In Arbitrations

FINRA proposed a rule change to extend the
"time for non-parties to respond to arbitration subpoenas and
orders of appearance of witnesses or production of documents."
The proposed rule change also makes corresponding changes intended
to improve the discovery process.
