The Connecticut Manufacturing Innovation Fund Voucher Program has announced that it is giving priority to manufacturers that are realigning or expanding capacity and capabilities in response to shortages of critical medical equipment and supplies as a result of COVID-19. Manufacturers that are realigning or expanding their capabilities to produce these critical products, including but not limited to Personal Protection Equipment, eye protection/face shields, isolation gowns, face masks, and N95 respirators, are eligible for a one-time grant of up to $75,000.

Applicants must match the grant award dollar for dollar. Eligibility requirements apply - for example, the MVP program is only available for companies with a manufacturing facility in Connecticut (or relocating operations to Connecticut), and the company must have at least three (3) full-time employees and fewer than three hundred (300) employees.

Details on the MVP program can be found here.
