'Public PAIR', le site de l'USPTO permettant un
accès aux dossiers des demandes de brevet publiées,
avait pris sa retraite durant l'été 2022.
C'est maintenant au tour des sites 'Electronic Filing
System' (EFS) et 'Private PAIR' de tirer leur
révérence, et ce à partir du 8 novembre
2023.
Ces sites permettaient le dépôt par voie
électronique et la consultation de demandes de brevet non
publiées. Les fonctionnalités des deux sites sont
remplacés par un site unique, Patent
Center.
