Adam S. Johnson recently won a defense verdict for their client
after a three-day jury trial in Jackson County, Illinois. The
plaintiff claimed that she was injured in a motor vehicle accident
that occurred when the defendant improperly turned into her lane of
traffic. She demanded more than $530,000 in damages. After
deliberating for a little over an hour, the jury returned a verdict
for the defendant.
