was interviewed regarding some of the recent developments in

- "Most of the time, data breaches don't come down to a
failure of technology or inadequate technology. It comes down to
someone doing something stupid," said Colin Zick, a partner in
the Boston office of Foley Hoag. "In the Mass General case, an
employee took some records on the Red Line and lost
them."
- "When companies are bombarded with phishing emails, it's akin to the notion of fighting off terrorism," Zick says. "You only have to miss once to have a privacy breach. Education is important because the creativity of human beings often outpaces technology defenses."
