October 3, 2013 (New York) – Proskauer represented Sunrise Sports & Entertainment, and its general Partner, Clifford Viner, in the sale of  the Florida Panthers (NHL), including the operations of the BB&T Center in Sunrise, Florida, to Vincent Viola, Chief Executive Officer of Virtu Financial. The transaction closed on September 26, 2013.
