On September 16, 2016, the US Environmental Protection Agency's Office of Chemical Safety and Pollution Prevention extended the Chemical Data Reporting 2016 submission deadline from September 30, 2016 to October 31, 2016.  This is a one-time extension for the 2016 submission period only.  Compliance with the CDR regulations require manufacturers (including importers) of certain chemical substances included on the TSCA Inventory to report current data on the manufacturing, processing, and use of these chemical substances.  Reporting requirements recur every four years; the next submission is in 2020.
