In July, the U.S. Department of Justice ("DOJ")
Criminal Division's Cybersecurity Unit released a framework to help public and
private-sector organizations comply with the Computer Fraud and
Abuse Act. The framework aims to assist organizations with
instituting formal vulnerability disclosure programs to help detect
security issues that could lead to the compromise of sensitive data
and the disruption of services.
