Sedgwick San Francisco partner Alexander Potente has co-authored the article, "The Ramifications of a Less-Than-Thorough Investigation," in the October 2017 issue of the Defense Research Institute's For the Defense. The article, written with Farella Braun & Martel LLP partner Tyler Gerking, examines the questions, "Can an insurer defend itself against a bad-faith claim with information that it did not know?
