The SEC named Kyle Moffatt as Chief Accountant in the
Division of Corporation Finance (the
"Division"). Mr. Moffatt has been the Acting
Chief Accountant since January.
Mr. Moffatt first joined the Division in 2000, and held
various roles since then. Before joining the Division, Mr. Moffatt
was an audit manager with Ernst & Young LLP.
