The USPTO issued a release stating:
The Fee Schedule has been updated for the
following change, effective March 1, 2019:
PCT fees to foreign offices
- 1715: International search (ILPO) – fee decrease from
$969 to $963
The Fee Schedule provides information and fee rates for products
and services provided by the USPTO. More information is available
on the PCT fees page of the USPTO website, or
call the USPTO Contact Center at (571) 272-1000 or (800)
786-9199.
