SAN FRANCISCO (July 10, 2019) – Morrison & Foerster, a leading global law firm, is pleased to announce that Jessica Isokawa and Bradley Kondracki have joined the firm as partners in the San Francisco office. Ms. Isokawa joins Morrison & Foerster’s Global Private Equity Investments & Buyouts Group and will also work closely with its market-leading Global Mergers & Acquisitions Group, while Mr. Kondracki joins the firm’s premier Emerging Companies and Venture Capital Group (ECVC).

Ms. Isokawa focuses her practice on M&A transactions and the representation of private equity funds and their portfolio companies in a broad range of corporate matters, including strategic and leveraged acquisitions of public and private company targets, divestitures, venture and growth equity investments, and restructurings. Ms. Isokawa regularly represents clients in transactions covering a variety of industries, including technology, consumer products, and financial services.

Mr. Kondracki brings to the firm significant experience working with Silicon Valley private and public companies on a wide range of transactional and counseling matters, including venture capital financings, corporate formation and structuring, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, public company disclosure requirements, and SEC compliance matters. Additionally, Mr. Kondracki regularly advises venture capital firms and other institutional investors on private company investments.
