The Lunch-and-Learn program, titled the Ethics and Professional Responsibility in the #MeToo Era, will be held on Wednesday, August 14 at The Umstead Hotel and Spa in Cary.

Ward and Smith labor and employment attorneys Ken Gray and Emily Massey will put attendees through their paces with an interactive discussion on the ethical implications of harassment and discrimination in a professional environment, and the importance of not just "checking the box" when it comes to educating your employees on workplace policies that address all types of harassment.  In-house and general counsel attendees will leave knowing the best practices of what to do when a harassment claim is made, and their reporting responsibilities.

The event is free for students, full-time law school faculty and staff, and RTAC-ACC members and their non-lawyer colleagues. It's $25 for ACC-eligible non-members. Checks payable to RTAC-ACC or cash can both be used at the door. By credit card, send payment to rtac@acc.com through PayPal. Sign-up here
