Frank G. Long is a Member in the firm’s Phoenix office and is Co-Chair of the firm’s Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group. He advises clients and represents them in court in matters related to trademarks, trade dress, false advertising, copyright, cybersquatting, and trade secrets. He has a wide range of experience in advising clients in the management of worldwide intellectual property rights, as well as transactions involving merchandising and licensing agreements for intellectual property rights and transfers of patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets and domain names. His clients include Fortune 500 corporations and small businesses, as well as national and international companies, and franchise systems.

Mr. Long is a member of the International Trademark Association, the International Franchise Association, the State Bar of Arizona, and the American Bar Association. He is recognized as a leader in his field by Martindale-Hubbell (rated AV Preeminent). Mr. Long received his B.A. from Dartmouth College, his M.Sc. in Mineral Economics from the Colorado School of Mines, and his J.D. from the Northwestern University School of Law.
