Sayenko Kharenko's IP team successfully defended the interests of Podravka d.d., a famous Croatia-based food company, in litigation regarding the invalidation of an offensive design patent that infringes on the Podravka's rights in its trademarks. The offensive design patent was initially obtained by an individual for the one essential part of the well-known trademark Vegeta. On 28 July 2015, the Solomyanskiy District Court of the city of Kyiv ruled on invalidation of the design patent that lacks novelty and infringes the rights of Podravka d.d.
