This document has been drawn-up to show the changes made to the
Law of 10 August 1915 relating to commercial companies and to the
Luxembourg civil code pursuant to the adoption on 13 July 2016 of
(i) the bill of law relating to the modernisation of the law of 10
August 1915 and (ii) the bill of law creating a new form of
company, the simplified private limited liability company.
The amendments shown in this document are not yet in force and will
only become in full force upon publication of the respective laws
in Luxembourg which is expected some time in August.
