It Is Now Possible To Validate European Patents In Cambodia

As a result of the entry into force on the 1st of March
of the validation agreement between the European Patent Office
(EPO) and the Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia, this country
will become the first Asian country to allow the validation of
European patents
Only European or international applications that are filed after
this date can be validated.
