- DO use the mark in an informational sense, rather than a commercial sense

- DO use the mark if the product or service would not be readily identifiable without the use of the mark

- DON'T use the mark in a way that is likely to cause confusion

- DON'T use more of the mark than reasonably necessary to identify the product or service

- DON'T do anything that would suggest sponsorship or endorsement by the trademark holder

- We sell and service Toyota PRIUS™ automobiles.
