Argentina: Approval Of The Amendment To The Treaty To Avoid Double Taxation And Prevent Tax Evasion Between Argentina And Brazil.

During MERCOSUR summit, on July 21^st 2017, in Mendoza, Argentina, the authorities of Argentina and Brazil executed an amendment protocol to the treaty to avoid double taxation and prevent tax evasion ("DTT") between said countries (the "Protocol").

On May 5th, 2018, the Argentine Legislature, by means of Law No. 27441, approved the Protocol.
