On the 31st March-1st April 2017, the Employment Law Alliance (ELA) held its spring conference, European Employment Law: New Perspectives and Creative Solutions for a Changing Global Landscape, hosted by Arendt and Medernach in Luxembourg.

Members and clients of ELA discussed and proposed practical solutions to help companies mitigate legal and financial risks and to get ready for the way ahead under their respective jurisdictions.

Dr Angela Bruno featured as a panelist at the conference to discuss critical aspects and implications of monitoring of employees at the place of work from a Maltese law perspective.
