Three new partners have joined Stewarts in 2018, in the Commercial Litigation, Tax Litigation and Personal Injury departments.

French-qualified lawyer Patrick Dunaud has joined Stewarts' Commercial Litigation department as a partner. Patrick is an international IP litigation, securities, and arbitration specialist with clients in the media, luxury brands and financial sectors. Patrick has an outstanding reputation within commercial litigation, intellectual property and international arbitration having previously been Co-Global Chair of Securities Litigation at Latham & Watkins and Head of Litigation at Winston & Strawn in Paris.

Victor Cramer has joined Stewarts' Tax Litigation department as a partner following 11 years in the tax litigation group at KPMG. Victor is a specialist in VAT and indirect tax litigation. He has led cases in the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) and has successfully acted as an advocate in the Tax Tribunal.

In addition, David Healy has joined the Personal Injury department as a partner. David has over 20 years' experience in the personal injury field and joins Stewarts following his role as Head of BL Claims, the PI arm of Blake Morgan. He will focus purely on serious injury cases in his role at Stewarts.
