Please join us for the second installment of our tax reform discussion series designed for in-house audiences with diverse levels of familiarity with the US tax system and the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act. We will focus on the new GILTI proposed regulation package that was released in September 2018, but will also touch on other recent developments, such as Notice 2018-78, which provides additional guidance on the Section 965 (repatriation tax) issues covered in our last installment. The program will be aimed at providing a balanced overview accessible to practitioners coming at these rules for the first time, but will also take occasional deep dives into those areas of highest interest and importance.
