On Tuesday, November 20, Reinhart sponsored the Reaching the Next Level: An Effective Board of Directors Helps Private Companies Improve Their Performance event hosted by the Milwaukee Business Journal at the University Club of Milwaukee. Tony Handzlik was a featured panelist who gave great insight on the importance of a company having a board, what type of board is best for a company, what to look for in selecting board members, how to get the most out of a board, and more. Additionally, Larry Burnett presented the case study – Managing Family Dynamics in Succession Planning, which included the interaction between a company board, management, and the CEO and his family in a time of transition. The event had more than 100 attendees.
