Join members of the McCarthy Tétrault Environmental, Regulatory and Aboriginal Law Group on Thursday, May 9th, to learn about the emerging trends and latest developments in Aboriginal Law.

This presentation will focus on recent Aboriginal law and policy developments across Canada, including a discussion of significant court decisions and recent and proposed legislative and policy changes by the federal and BC governments. This will include an update on the implementation of the UN Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples, the Federal Recognition and Implementation of Indigenous Rights Framework, as well as trends in Indigenous consultation and partnering with Indigenous communities.

This seminar will be of particular interest to those in the resource development, energy, and infrastructure sectors across Canada.
