National law firm Holding Redlich is very pleased to have been selected as an Employer of Choice by prominent legal publication Australasian Lawyer.
The announcement of the Employer of Choice list today follows a rigorous submission process that required the firm to outline what it is doing in areas including training and professional development, career progression, diversity & inclusion, leadership, and health & wellbeing.
Just 24 firms have been included on this year's Australasian Lawyer Employer of Choice list.
Commenting on Holding Redlich's listing, Australasian Lawyer said: "This is a fantastic achievement that really sets you apart in the industry as one to watch."

An Employer of Choice – some highlights:
- flexible working is encouraged across all levels of the firm. In 2019, about 24 per cent of female and nine per cent of male managers and partners worked flexibly
- parental leave programs of up to 18 weeks, including superannuation payments, are offered
- a 'Keep in Touch' program runs for employees on parental leave which includes sharing invitations to employee functions, social committee events and team meetings; and also giving continued access to professional development and marketing activities
- a 'New Parent Program' is offered for non-primary caregivers who are expecting a child.
