Field Law is pleased to welcome Trevor Batty, Jennifer Marshall, Scott Matheson and Marc Yu as partners of the Firm. The addition of four lawyers to Field's partnership is a reflection of the Firm's growth in 2019, and its continued expansion and diversification in key service areas in 2020.

Trevor Batty, who joined Field Law in 2017, is a key member of the Firm's collections, bankruptcy and insolvency practice and advises his clients on the complexities of insolvency and restructuring processes efficiently and cost-effectively.
Jennifer Marshall joined the Firm in 2017 as a corporate, commercial, and securities lawyer and helps clients navigate complex legal issues in several areas including mergers and acquisitions private and public debt and equity financings, and reorganizations, including advising purchasers, target companies, and vendors.
Scott Matheson started with Field Law as a summer student in 2009. With a broad general litigation practice, Scott helps his clients resolve problems effectively and efficiently and delivers practical solutions to prevent and mitigate future issues.
Marc Yu completed his articles at Field Law in 2012 and has since become a valued member of Field Law's health and privacy practices. Clients come to Marc for support on a variety of issues, including medical malpractice defence and legislative drafting across various areas of health and social services.
