Seyfarth's Kayla M. Siam, member of the firm's Corporate department in Chicago, was named to The National Black Lawyers Association's Top 40 under 40 list in Illinois.

Siam's practice spans all areas of corporate law, including mergers & acquisitions, establishing new business entities, memorializing joint ventures, borrowing or lending funds through credit facilities, drafting commercial contracts, and guiding clients through their strategic growth. She also works with clients on corporate transactions and business counseling in the cannabis space. In addition, Siam engages in the Seyfarth Women's Network and the firm's A+ African American Affinity Group. She also serves in Seyfarth's Chicago Office Community Service Team as well as a scholar coach in One Million Degrees, a Chicago non-profit organization that focuses on supporting community college scholars.
