Carey Olsen has appointed Keng Huang Goh as an associate in the firm's litigation, insolvency and restructuring practice in Singapore.

His arrival represents yet another associate appointment since the launch of the Singapore litigation team at the end of last year which was spearheaded with the lateral partner hire of James Noble.

Keng Huang has a broad range of experience in commercial litigation, with a focus on shareholder-related disputes, insolvency and restructuring, as well as general corporate disputes.

Prior to moving offshore, he was a senior associate at a leading Singapore law firm where he gained extensive experience in litigation and international arbitration involving financial institutions and listed companies in the region, as well as in insolvency and restructuring matters relating to a wide range of industries and institutions. Keng Huang is fluent in English and Mandarin.

Commenting on Keng Huang's appointment, James said: "Keng Huang's knowledge and experience is a valuable addition to our litigation, insolvency and restructuring practice in Singapore. His arrival is a clear indicator of the growth we are experiencing for our services in the region and he is one of a number of hires which we have made recently."

Keng Huang was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2016.
