Changes to how we work
We are making some practical changes to the way we work:
- As some of our team members move to remote working arrangements, there may be some changes at our office locations during this period. We kindly ask that all attending visitors call ahead before attending any of our offices.
- Wherever possible, we will conduct meetings remotely by telephone or via our our video conferencing platform (we will set this up for you, if needed).
- We will be enforcing strict social distancing measures when in-person meetings are essential, such as settlement conferences or court attendances.
So, while the way we support you will change a little behind the scenes, the level and quality of service you receive will remain unchanged.
Impact on current matters
If you currently have a legal matter in progress, your legal team will be in touch with you if you will be impacted in any way by the changes to our working arrangements, or those of the courts or third parties. We will also let you know if a scheduled appointment or conference is going to be affected.
