Intertrust, a global leader in providing tech-enabled fund and corporate solutions, has appointed Nick Maton as Luxembourg Country Head and Managing Director.

With nearly 30 years' experience in the financial services industry covering both the buy and sell side, Nick will have responsibility for the leadership and growth of the Luxembourg team while continuing to build Intertrust's reputation as an employer of choice.

Prior to joining Intertrust Nick was Managing Director and Head of Securities Services for HSBC Luxembourg and a member of the European Executive team responsible for leading and executing the business strategy. During his tenure he successfully grew the Luxembourg business from $65bn to $225bn of assets under administration covering all asset classes.

Throughout his career, Nick has held senior product and operations roles which have allowed him to develop extensive experience working with international fund managers designing, developing and implementing innovative solutions that meet their investor and regulatory requirements. Nick is a UK national and spent 14 years in London before moving to Luxembourg in 2006.
