The spread of COVID-19 and the resulting shutdowns have led to unprecedented changes in courtroom and business operations, forcing judges, lawyers, court staff, witnesses, and even juries to adapt quickly to virtual proceedings. Please join us for a discussion of navigating the new courtroom and business normal—including practical tips you can apply to enhance your own trial practice—from the perspectives of women judges, in-house counsel, and litigators living it.
