Arnold & Porter advised Comoto Holdings and its private equity sponsor, Prospect Hill Growth Partners, on the acquisition of REVER, the world's largest tech-enabled motorcycle, off-road and adventure community. The deal, which closed November 13, 2020, expands Comoto's digital platform and strengthens its commitment to riders.

Colorado-based REVER connects a global community of moto-enthusiasts through its free REVER GPS app and website by helping members discover the best places to ride or drive, track activities, navigate courses, and share experiences. Comoto's other brands include RevZilla, Cycle Gear and J&P Cycles.
