DENVER, COLORADO | Today, Fennemore, a leading law firm in the American west, announced that Jason Nutzman has joined the firm as a director in its natural resources, energy and environmental practice group and will be based in the Denver office. A seasoned employment and workplace safety litigator with nearly 14 years of experience representing clients across the U.S., Nutzman was previously a partner at Dinsmore & Shohl LLP.

"I'm proud to welcome Jason to our team to help further strengthen our already strong natural resources and mining practice groups," commented Fennemore's CEO, James Goodnow. "His ability to forge alliances with clients, along with his outstanding collaboration skills make him a perfect fit for our firm's culture."

He represents both coal and metal/non-metal clients before the Federal Mine Safety and Health Review Commission in accident investigations, special investigations, and discrimination investigations conducted by the Department of Labor in conjunction with the Mine Safety and Health Act.

"Jason has built his reputation by being a trusted counsel, providing employment advice and litigation support to businesses, and we're excited to have him onboard," noted Bruce Dahl, managing partner of Fennemore's Denver office. "Our firm continues to grow strategically, and it's people like Jason who allow us to meet our clients' greatest challenges."
