Fox and New York Partner Alan Kaminsky will explore the factors that led to nuclear verdicts before the COVID-19 pandemic when disproportionately large verdicts grew at an alarming rate and how a possible shift in public opinion and worldviews due to COVID-19 may influence nuclear verdicts moving forward.
Moderated by Orange County Partner Esther P. Holm, the panelists will also delve into the efforts that certain industries are taking in order to change negative public perception and inherent bias against them.
