Private wealth specialist Catherine Moore has joined Ogier as a partner in Guernsey.

A Guernsey Advocate, Catherine's practice covers non-contentious as well as contentious matters related to private wealth structures. She works closely with fiduciary service providers and high net worth individuals in Guernsey and internationally, advising on the creation, administration and reorganisation of trusts, foundations and corporate structures as well as regulatory matters and pension and succession advice.

Global head of Private Wealth James Campbell said: "Ogier's award-winning Private Wealth team is expanding globally and we are delighted that Catherine has rejoined us in Guernsey, bringing with her considerable expertise in dealing with complex contentious and non-contentious trust matters. Like Catherine, our team has an excellent reputation for being sharp, to-the-point and responsive – our clients and their advisors will benefit from both her technical skill and her collaborative, pragmatic approach."

Described by clients as 'super smart' and 'extremely calm under pressure and pragmatic in dealing with challenges' (Chambers UK Guide and Chambers HNW Guide), Catherine has, among other recognitions, been named in ePrivateclient's Top 35 under 35 in both the Channel Islands and the UK and by Citywealth as one of the Top 100 International Powerwomen. A full STEP member, Catherine has spoken at lectures both in Guernsey and internationally.
