On Thursday, 11 March 2021, Bennett & Philp was pleased to host the first Case Briefing Discussion for the year from the Technology and Intellectual Property practice group at the Brisbane City Hall.

The event started with our Senior Associate, Michael Finney introducing the topic and our guest speaker, Mr. Neil Murray SC who kindly travelled up from Sydney to speak at our event.

Our guests were particularly eager to engage in a discussion with Neil about the broader implications of the Merck v Wyeth decision.

Overall the event was very well recieved by our attendees. We would like to thank Mr. Murray and our guests for taking the time to join us for this engaging Discussion. Without the support of our trade mark and patent attorney colleagues, these events would not be possible.
