Pearl Cohen's Internet, Cyber, and Copyright Group partners Haim Ravia, Tal Kaplan, and Dotan Hammer authored the Israel chapter of the 2021 Global Practice Guide to Copyright, published by Chambers & Partners. The guide provides insights into the history of Israeli copyright law, discusses the notion of "works" eligible for copyright protection under Israeli law, and explains the issues of authorship and ownership of copyrights. It also dives into matters such as copyright protection and management, collective rights management organizations, fair use, neighboring rights, and copyright enforcement and litigation.

Haim and Dotan, assisted by Ariel Amir (associate attorney in the group), also contributed their expert review to Chambers' 'Cybersecurity 2021' Global Practice Guide. Their analysis covers Israel's legal framework in cybersecurity, including affirmative security obligations and data breach notification requirements.
