On April 22, 2020, GT & SS Capital Canada Inc., a private
equity investment firm based in Bolton, Ontario, acquired Steel
City Shred, a privately-owned auto shredding company based in
Hamilton, Ontario. The purchase price was undisclosed.
Nurhan Aycan (corporate) and Mark Giavedoni (real estate) of
Gowling WLG advised the purchaser in this transaction.
