Bernard L. Gluckstein's commitment to advocating for the most vulnerable victims, both during and after their trial, continues to be at the heart of our firm. His support of the medical and disabled community spans over 58 years and today he is still a driving force, providing executive and financial support to many non-profit organizations across Ontario, as well as being the director of the ParaSport Ontario which has made significant strides in helping those with disability live with dignity.
Charles E. Gluckstein continues to drive our firm towards innovation, and hold the firm belief of helping our clients restore the balance in their lives through proper representation and maximizing their rehabilitation. Since his call to the Ontario Bar in 1999, Charles Gluckstein has embraced technological advancements and has worked tirelessly to modernize his practice to meet the challenges of our times. This, in turn, has allowed him to lead his team of lawyers, licenced paralegals and support staff efficiently while prioritizing and maximizing client outcomes. Specializing in civil litigation, specifically neuro-trauma, medical malpractice and personal injury cases, Charles has also been instrumental in a precedent-setting Court of Appeal ruling, where the procedure of partial Summary Judgement was applied.
David Lackman has tirelessly worked to support his clients and has achieved successful results for the past 35 years. His litigation practice encompasses serious and complex personal injury and disability claims and wrongful death claims. David has achieved outstanding results in personal injury claims against some of the country's largest corporations, including railways. He is a frequently-invited guest speaker at legal seminars and conferences on trial practice, and for the past 20 years has served as the Chair of the Editorial Board of the Journal of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association. At our firm, his dedication and experience continue to be instrumental in the development of our malpractice division.

The Law Society of Upper Canada certified him as a Specialist in Civil Litigation in 2017. He has appeared as counsel before the Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Court of Appeal, Financial Services Commission of Ontario and the Tax Court of Canada. Sandev is currently a member of the OTLA Board of Directors (2015-date), Past-President (2010-2013) and Director (2007-2009) of the Brain Injury Association of Peel & Halton (BIAPH), as well as being actively involved in other community activities, such as leading the “Helmets on Kids” project in Peel since 2007, which provides free bicycle helmets to children in need.

Following his call to the Ontario Bar in June 2007, Jonathan assumed his current position of senior lawyer at Gluckstein Personal Injury Lawyers. Jonathan restricts his practice to insurance litigation including Personal Injury, disability matters, occupier's liability, medical malpractice and product liability. Prior to commencing his legal studies, in 2003 Jonathan attained a Bachelor of Administrative and Commercial Studies degree in Organizational and Human Resources, also at the University of Western Ontario. He has an outstanding ability to communicate with and understand his clients and their needs.
