The Ontario Securities Commission has published amendments to
its proposed OSC Rule 72-503 Distributions Outside of
Canada originally published last year. The proposed rule is
intended to replace "Interpretation Note 1 Distributions
of Securities Outside of Ontario" and is being published
for comment until September 27, 2017. For further information,
