On March 13, 2020, Hakken Capital Corp. announced that it had
completed its initial public offering of common shares in the
capital of the company for gross proceeds of $400,000, pursuant to
an Amended and Restated Prospectus dated December 16, 2019 filed
with the British Columbia and Alberta Securities Commissions.
Hakken Capital's shares have commenced trading as a Capital
Pool Company on Tier 2 of the TSX Venture Exchange (the
"TSXV") under the symbol HAKK.P.
