With this vision, we have recently expanded our practice group and are pleased to welcome our newest members, Ms. Chaya Alexandra Kong (qualified in Hong Kong) and Ms. Yang Cheng. Their qualifications and work experience may be seen below this email.

Chaya Alexandra Kong, foreign legal consultant of Yigal Arnon & Co., is a Hong Kong qualified lawyer who focuses on international corporate transactions, financing of and investments in high-tech and start-up companies, and mergers and acquisitions, particularly in matters involving companies and assets located in greater China. Chaya received her LLB (magna cum laude) and PCLL from the University of Hong Kong in 2015 and 2016 respectively, and was admitted as a solicitor to the High Court of Hong Kong in 2018. She speaks English, Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese fluently.

Yang Cheng is an intern at the International Practice Group at Yigal Arnon & Co. and is an experienced Business Development and Marketing professional. Yang received her LLB from College of Law & Business in Ramat Gan in 2019, her MBA in International Business from Bar-Ilan University in 2014, and her MA in English Culture and Literature from Ramin University in Beijing in 2007.

With our strengthened team, we are able to provide "first-in-class" legal services in English, Hebrew, Mandarin and Cantonese even in these challenging times.
