We would like to inform you that the extended suspension of
operation of the information system “Central Register of
Ultimate Beneficiary Owners ("UBOs") per article 20 of
law 4557/2018 ended on October 1st, 2020.
The entities doing business in Greece are obliged to register
the necessary details of their "UBOs" by November
1st, 2020.
