During this webinar session we shall address some of the most
frequent questions which HR practitioners would like answers to,
including when is quarantine leave given? What leave should be
given when an employee is not under a quarantine order but awaiting
testing or results? Can you force leave on employees how are
waiting to be tested?
We shall also guide employers, as to what policies and agreements
they should have in place and how to prepare for the coming
months.
Moreover, we will also be addressing any questions you may have regarding recent health and safety measure introduced by the Government. When are employees required to wear a mask at work? Are employees obliged to wear a mask even when there is a 2 meter distance between desks?
